Look-alikes

(also Audience Modeling) A data model that is built based on an advertiser’s first-party data (usually from customers who visit frequently and make purchases). These attributes are then matched against a larger audience from third-party data sources to create a pool of similar and “pre-qualified” users.  (Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada)
