How soon should I expect a response?

All tickets raised by customers are addressed within 24 business hours. For real-time responses, you can contact your sales account.

How long is the refund process at Adhoc Academy?

All refund requests received by Adhoc Academy at the email info@adhoc.academy are processed through the same gateway within 7 working days of receiving the request. We shall get back to you with an update on your refund request or valid reasons in case of rejections.

I would like a refund of a duplicate payment made for the same course.

Refund of duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days after intimation by the customer. To initiate the same, you are required to send an email to info@adhoc.academy. Please provide the payment order details of the duplicate payment made and the registered Email with which the payment was done.

I would like a refund for a fraudulent transaction made with my card.

If you notice fraudulent transactions on your card, you can contact your bank to raise a chargeback. In case you do not wish to raise a chargeback with your bank, please send an email to info@adhoc.academy. Ensure that you provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card in the ticket description.
On reviewing your ticket, we will raise a refund request and the same shall reflect in your account within 8 business days.

I would like my team to take a Adhoc Academy course jointly. How do I go about this?

What are the minimum system requirements for Online video courses?

Does Adhoc Academy provide a guarantee to pass the certificate examination after taking the relevant Adhoc Academy course?

Adhoc Academy courses are designed with a unique propaedeutic approach, that covers all the aspects of domain learning, resulting in a high pass rate. All the courses, modules and lessons require a minimum percentage of completion of the quizzes. If you do NOT pass the quizzes with a minimum score at 70%, you must do it again. Our exhaustive learning framework is proven to deliver 98.6% pass rate in the first attempt.

How do I book my certificate exam once the training is complete?

When you have completed all the lessons, automatically you will have access to the online certification exam. How soon can I expect the result?

For courses where the examination authority is Adhoc Academy, results can be viewed immediately after attempting the exam.
For all other courses where the examination authority is other than Adhoc Academy, results are declared within 15 days of appearing for the exam by the examination body.

What is the validity of my exam certification?

The certification does not expire. You can collect more certifications around different topics with the Short Courses.

Where can I share my certification and title?

Feel free to share it on your social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and add it on your Resume.

How can I obtain an invoice for my payment?

You can request the invoice for the payment made to Adhoc Academy just send an email to at info@adhoc.academy and specify the subject of the email “INVOICE”. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

I need some corrections made to my invoice.

You can request corrections in the invoice by send an email to at info@adhoc.academy and specify the subject of the email “INVOICE CORRECTION”. We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We will process a revised invoice incorporating the corrections requested by you within 48 business hours.
